Refund Policy
Last updated: May 31, 2026. We want customers to feel comfortable trying BestCheapWeb Host, so hosting plans include a short refund request window.
1. 24-Hour Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with your hosting service, you may request a refund within the first 24 hours after service activation.
2. How to Request a Refund
Open a support request through the client area at client.bestcheapweb.host and include your service, invoice, and reason for the refund request.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are normally available for first-time hosting service payments requested within 24 hours of activation. Refunds may be denied if the account violated the Terms of Service, abused server resources, sent spam, hosted illegal content, attempted fraud, or caused security/network issues.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Domain registrations, domain renewals, domain transfers, add-ons, custom work, setup fees, third-party licenses, and special orders may be non-refundable unless required by law or clearly stated otherwise.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact support before opening a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension, termination, or refusal of future service.
7. Service Cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not automatically qualify for a refund outside the 24-hour refund window.
