1. Service Use

BestCheapWeb Host provides shared website hosting services using DirectAdmin. You agree to use the service responsibly, legally, and in a way that does not harm other users, our systems, or our network.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your account, passwords, hosted content, scripts, websites, email accounts, and any activity that occurs under your service. Keep your login details secure and update your software regularly.

3. Prohibited Content and Activity

The following are not allowed on BestCheapWeb Host:

• Illegal content, illegal services, or content that violates applicable laws.
• Malware, botnets, phishing pages, scam pages, credential theft, or harmful scripts.
• Spam, bulk unsolicited email, mail bombing, or abuse of email services.
• Copyright-infringing files, pirated software, stolen content, or warez.
• Fraud, financial scams, impersonation, or deceptive websites.
• DDoS tools, stressers, booters, exploit hosting, or network abuse.
• Content that directly threatens, harasses, doxxes, or targets others.
• Resource abuse, crypto mining, proxy services, public file dumping, or excessive automated traffic.

4. Fair Use

Unlimited and unmetered resources are provided under fair use. They are intended for normal website hosting, not storage dumping, backups for unrelated systems, file mirrors, streaming archives, abuse, or activity that negatively affects server performance.

5. Suspensions and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate services that violate these terms, create security risks, receive serious abuse reports, overload systems, fail payment, or expose BestCheapWeb Host to legal or network issues. In urgent cases, action may be taken without advance notice.

6. Backups

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. BestCheapWeb Host may offer backups when available, but backups are not guaranteed and should not be your only copy of important files.

7. Payments and Renewals

Services must be paid by the due date to remain active. Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension or termination. Prices, plan limits, and features may change, but active customers will be handled as fairly as possible.

8. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your hosting service within the first 24 hours after activation, you may request a refund. See the Refund Policy for full details and exclusions.

9. No Warranty

Services are provided as-is and as-available. We work to provide reliable hosting, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect security, or compatibility with every script, plugin, application, or website.

10. Limitation of Liability

BestCheapWeb Host is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, downtime, business interruption, or losses caused by customer content, third-party software, attacks, abuse, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Policy Changes

We may update these terms when needed. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
